Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Books can be returned within 30 days after delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, books must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Digital purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a copy of your receipt when you email us. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us via email to receive the correct mailing address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Discounted items

Discounted items will be refunded at the discounted price listed on your receipt.

 

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price listed on your receipt.

Exchanges

We will replace damaged or defective books at no cost to you. If you receive a damaged or defective book, please email us immediately with a picture (or pictures) showing the damage or defect. Please be sure that the picture is clear and that there is enough light.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us to receive the mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund for items that we do not receive.
